      స్మితా సబర్వాల్, ఐఏఎస్. నిజాయితీ గల పనితీరుకు నిలువుటద్దం. ఆమె ఎక్కడ పనిచేసినా అక్రమార్కులు తోక ముడవాల్సిందే. బద్దకస్తులు కూడా చచ్చినట్లు పనికి సిద్దమవ్వాల్సిందే. ఆమె పనిచేసే చోట అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలు అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాల్సిందే. ఉద్యోగుల విధుల విషయంలో ఆమె ఎంత కఠినంగా వ్యవహరిస్తారో ..పౌరులు బాధ్యతగా మెలగాలి అన్న విషయానికి కూడా ఆమె అంతే ప్రాధాన్యతనిస్తారు.ఆమె వారి సామాజిక బాధ్యతను, ఓటు హక్కు వినియోగించుకోవాల్సిన ఆవశ్యకతను చాటి చెప్పారు. అందుకే అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన వెంటనే స్మితా సబర్వాల్ ను కేసీఆర్ తన పేషీలోకి తీసుకున్నారు. కేసీఆర్ టీంలో ఆమెది ఇప్పుడు ముఖ్యపాత్ర.

మెదక్ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌గా ఉంటూ ప్రజలకు ఎన్నో మంచి పనులు చేసి మంచి పేరు తెచ్చుకున్న కలెక్టర్ స్మితా సబర్వాల్. 2001లో ట్రైనీ కలెక్టర్‌గా ఐఏఎస్ విధుల్లో చేరిన ఈమె తన పనితీరుతో ప్రత్యేక గుర్తింపును పొందారు. ఫలితంగా తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి కార్యాలయంలో అదనపు కార్యదర్శిగా నియమితులయ్యారు.

1977 సంవత్సరం జూన్ 19వ తేదీన జన్మించిన స్మితా సబర్వాల్.. తన గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్‌ విద్యను హైదరాబాద్‌లోని సెయింట్ ఫ్రాన్సిస్ కాలేజీలో పూర్తి చేశారు. ఈమె ఎన్ఎస్ఎస్ వాలంటీర్. బిజినెస్ లా అకౌంటెన్సీ మార్కెటింగ్‌లో డిగ్రీని పొందారు. 2001 ఐఏఎస్, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ కేడర్‌కు చెందిన స్మితా... 2001లో అదిలాబాద్‌లో ట్రైనీ కలెక్టర్‌గా నియమితులయ్యారు. ఆ తర్వాత 2003 జులై 14 నుంచి 2004 నవంబర్ 27వ తేదీ వరకు చిత్తూరు అసిస్టెంట్ కలెక్టర్‌గా పని చేశారు. 2004 నవంబర్ 28 తేదీ నుంచి 2004 డిసెంబర్ 31వ తేదీ వరకు గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖలో ప్రాజెక్టు డైరక్టర్‌గా విధులు నిర్వహించారు. ఆ తర్వాత 2005 జనవరి ఒకటో తేదీ నుంచి 2006 మే 15వ తేదీ వరకు కడపలో ప్రాజెక్టు డైరక్టర్‌గానూ, 2006 మే 16వ తేదీ నుంచి 2007 మే 29వ తేదీ వరకు వరంగల్ మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్ కమిషనర్‌గానూ, 2007 మే 29వ తేదీ నుంచి 2009 అక్టోబర్ 22వ తేదీ వరకు విశాఖపట్టణంలో వాణిజ్యపన్నుల శాఖలో డిప్యూటీ కమిషనర్‌గా విధులు నిర్వహించారు. 2009 అక్టోబర్ 22వ తేదీ నంచి 2010 ఏప్రిల్ 9వ తేద వరకు కర్నూలు జాయింట్ కలెక్టర్‌గా పని చేశారు.
ఆ తర్వాత హైదరాబాద్‌లో జాయింట్ కలెక్టర్‌గా, 2010లో కరీంనగర్ కలెక్టర్‌గా, ప్రస్తుతం మెదక్ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌గా విధులు నిర్వహిస్తూ వచ్చారు. మెదక్ జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌గా అనేక మంచి పనులు చేసి జిల్లా వాసుల నుంచి మంచి పేరు ప్రతిష్టలు తెచ్చుకున్నారు. స్మితా సభర్వాల్ తెలుగు, బెంగాల్, ఇంగ్లీషుల్లో అనర్గళంగా మాట్లాడ గలరు. స్మితా సబర్వాల్ భర్త పేరు అకున్ సబర్వాల్. ఆయన ఐపీఎస్ అధికారి. హైదరాబాద్ పోలీస్ అకాడమీలో ఆయన విధులు నిర్వహిస్తున్నారు. ఈ దంపతులకు ఒక పాప, ఒక బాబు ఉన్నారు

Smita Sabharwal, who was born on June 19, 1977 .. St. Francis College and completed his graduate education in Hyderabad.After completing the administrative training in Lal Bahadur Sastry, National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie.Her first independent charge was as Sub Collector, Madanapally, Chittoor which let her gain hands-on experience in Land Revenue Management & District Administration. Thereafter she worked in Rural Development sector as Project Director, DRDA, Kadapa. During her next stint as Municipal Commissioner, Later she served as Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Visakhapatnam, and also as Joint Collector of Kurnool and Joint collector of Hyderabad. She Volunteer NSS. Business Law degree in accountancy and marketing. 2001 IAS officer of Andhra Pradesh cadre Smita ... Adilabad trainee in 2001 and was appointed to the collector. Later, in 2003, from July 14, 2004 until November 27, assistant collector of Chittoor has been working on. From the date of November 28, 2004 until December 31, 2004, the Director of the functions of the project was held in the Ministry of Rural Development. After January 2005, the first date of May 15, 2006 till Kadapa project dairaktarganu, 2006 May 16, 2007 May 29, from Warangal Municipal Corporation kamisanarganu, 2007 May 29, 2009 to October 22, from Visakhapatnam vanijyapannula department, Deputy Commissioner of duty. Warangal she introduced "Fund your City" scheme where a large number of public utilities such as Traffic Junctions, Foot-overbridges, Bus-stops, Parks were created with Public-Private partnership(PPP).

In April, 2011 she took charge as District Collector, Karimnagar district where she made significant contribution in the Health and Education sector. The health initiative to improve institutional deliveries in the public sector popularly known as “Ammalalana” was started and successfully implemented in the district and today serves as a role model for many health initiatives of ‘high risk pregnancy management targeting, IMR and MMR’ in NRHM of Government of India. This initiative was also nominated as one of the best initiatives for Prime Minister’s award for excellence in public administration.
With the help of Public Representatives, Karimnagar Town underwent a facelift in the form of wider roads, scientifically planned traffic junctions, Bus-stops, Toilets and other public utilities. Karimnagar district was awarded the best district in PM's 20 Point Programme for 2012-2013.
She also served as District Collector of Medak during the General Elections 2014 and successfully conducted free and fair polls registering a high polling turn out.
She is known popularly as people’s officer and is known to use latest developments in technology to her advantage, especially in implementing Government Programmes on field. Monitoring of Government doctors through skype has completely changed the scenario in the public health sector. Performance monitoring of Government schools through specially designed software has made Karimnagar & Medak Districts stand top in the state during her tenure

 
After the Hyderabad joint collector, collector of Karimnagar in 2010-13, the Medak district collector (2013-14) functions were maintained. Many good things from residents of the district collector of Medak district, and got the good fame. Smita Sabharwal Telugu, Bengali,speak English fluently. Smita Sabharwal Sabharwal akun husband's name. He IPS officer. He carried out the duties of the Police Academy in Hyderabad. The couple had one child, had a son.

నిజాయితీ గల అధికారులు అంటే జనాలకు కూడా అభిమానం ఎక్కువ. ఇప్పుడు సామాజిక సోషల్ నెట్ వర్కింగ్ సైట్ల మూలంగా ప్రజలు తమ అభిమానాన్ని చాటుకోవడం షరామామూలే. ఇక సెలబ్రిటీలు సోషల్ నెట్ వర్కింగ్

సైట్లలో తమ అకౌంట్లను ఓపెన్ చేసి అభిమానులతో టచ్ లో ఉంటూ తమ అభిప్రాయాలను పంచుకుంటున్నారు. అయితే ఫేక్ అకౌంట్ల మూలంగా అప్పుడప్పుడు తప్పులు దొర్లుతున్నా ..సెలబ్రిటీలకు ఫ్యాన్ ఫాలోయింగ్ చాలా ఎక్కువే. అయితే ఐఏఎస్ అధికారి స్మితా సబర్వాల్ కు అయితే ఫేస్ బుక్ నిండా అభిమానులే. ఒక్కటి కాదు ..రెండు కాదు పదుల సంఖ్యలో ఆమె పేరిట పేజీలు ఉన్నాయి. ఇందులో ఏది ఆమె అఫీషియల్ పేజీ కాదు. అన్ని అభిమానులు పెట్టుకున్నవే.

స్మితా సబర్వాల్ పేరు మీద ఏ పేజీ వెతికినా వేల సంఖ్యలో అభిమానులు కనిపిస్తారు. ఐదు వేల నుండి 85 వేల దాకా ఫేస్ బుక్ లో ఆమె పేజీలు దర్శనం ఇస్తున్నాయి. ఇవి కాకుండా ఇంకా ఎన్ని పేజీలు ఉన్నాయో తెలీదు కూడా. మొత్తానికి ఇంత అభిమానం చూరగొన్న ఐఏఎస్ అధికారి ఎవరూ లేరు. నిజాయితీగా పనిచేస్తే గౌరవం దానంతట అదే వస్తుంది అంటే ఇదేనేమో..
